Anastasios Zisiadis is Civil Engineer, Graduate of the N.T.U.A.  He has 36-year experience in design, construction and management of buildings and technical works and in coordination and management of licensing procedures, etc. Since 1991, he maintains a technical office, the evolution of which was the establishment of the company ZISIADIS ANASTASIOS & CO. L.P. in 2013.

ZISIADIS ANASTASIOS & CO. L.P. is a technical company specializing in the design and construction of private and public technical works, as well as in the areas of property development and management.

In the context of the multi-year operation, a multi-disciplinary design team has been developed, with extensive experience in the execution of design studies and in the organization of the procedures required in each case. Simultaneously, an extensive partner network has been established, which can support a large number of objects, while, due to the rich portfolio of projects, the ability to organize and coordinate several work groups has been developed, with priority always in properly observing schedules and ensuring quality result.

The Company’s objective is the holistic treatment of real estate, by offering high quality services, from the land searching stage and determining the way of exploitation to the design and construction of each project, as well as the engineering consultancy services in the later stages of development.

The design group’s expertise incorporates, among others, integrated studies, supervision, management and construction of private and public projects, organization and coordination of construction sites, negotiation for drawing up contracts and, in general, the development of the necessary studies.

The company is involved in the search for real estate to be developed, its assessment, the determination of the way to develop it and the preparation of a financial study, the construction and monitoring of the projects, both technically and financially, checking the cost of works and the negotiation procedure for the sale, rental and utilization in general.

Further areas where the company has been involved are: the area of licensing to Mobile Network Base Stations in the full spectrum and across the country, the procedures of Laws 3843/2010, 4014/2011, 4178/13 and 4495/2017, supervising the installation of photovoltaic systems and the issuance of Energy Performance Certificates.
